I met a welder last night at a friends Xmas dinner, named Matt -- works at Ercon Welding Inc in Nepean, Ontario (on),and has experience with Stick and MIG welding as well as some pipe welding.  It was all very confusing, but he said he could work on bikes, depending on what kind of work is needed.
