Check with Suffocated, but I think the general populace will be populating the property around 15:00... I expect to pull the meat at 14:30 or so... taking it off the smoker as early as high noon, temperatures permitting... If you want to show up earlier, feel free as I'll be here pretty much all day, with or without pants, temperatures permitting...
