1.1) This is a Motorcycle enthusiast board. I pay for it out of my own pocket and with donations given my members. You are welcome to join and contribute but not to use your free account to advertise your business. Ott-Motorcycles.ca does offer Vendor accounts for this purpose (send me an email or private message for more information).

1.2) A vendor account allows you to advertise in the Advertisers section(s), have a signature on your profile advertising your company, contact info and your specialties. Finally your business name, logo and details will be added to our list of vendors.

1.3) The intent behind these advertiser accounts is that you can act as an official spokesperson for your company within the Ott-Motorcycles.ca discussion Board You can offer your specials, sales, group buys and other deals directly to our community. Also your responses to topics on the board can be a demonstration of your competence in a given area.

1.4) You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or Canadian Federal laws. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.

1.5) Note that it is impossible for the staff/Moderators or the owner(s) of this forum to confirm the validity of posts. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within. Although we do ask of every member of this forum to moderate there own messages along with the moderators of this site. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. 1.9) Last but not least, respect the supporters and Advertisers of this forum. Theses are the people that help pay for this sites maintenance and annual costs so that we don't have to make this site into a Fee Based Membership Forum.
